I have never had such good service from any service centre.
I generally deal with Cecilia when booking in my Bakkie for service, she always greets with a warm, friendly smile, always tries to help where she can, willing to walk the extra mile, stays later if can't always make it back in time to fetch my car or comes in early when I need to be somewhere after booking in my vehicle.
She is always neat and gives great advice on servicing the vehicle.
There was not once that I emailed her and she didn't reply within a day, most of the time within only a few hours when I need to book in my vehicle or need a quote for my next service.

All positive thoughts... The type of person that gives meaning to the phrase, customer service, and for this reason I will always go back there.
