I booked my car for service on the 12.12.2013 and i dropped off the car at 07h00am. i was dropped off at work by a driver which took plus or minus 45 which was very good.
i called the service department around 13h45 to findout if they are done with the car and i was told they should be done by 15h00 and i will be picked up around 16h30 of which i was okay with that. Around 16h35 i received from the service advisor telling that they will pick me up in about 15min by the gate.
At around 16h45 i was waiting by the gate in the rain for a silver polo sedan that did not pitch. at 17h21 i called them to findout if the driver was still on the way and the service advisor told he will call me back as he is asking the driver what happened. few minutes later he called back and advise me that the driver was by my work place and turned back because i was no there of which that was not true.
at 17h41 he called back again and told me he will pick me up after he is done with his customers that are picking up their cars.
i had to ask for a lift from one of my collegues to drop me off around 18h00..
i know i am no paying for this service however this was not right.
