I had booked a shuttle for Saturday 19 October, for 7 people to be transported between Strand and Stellenbosch, return trip. The booking was confirmed via email by Marlon on 1 October. I was told that I should call the morning of 19 Oct to make final arrangements. My calls were finally answered at 13:00 on Saturday, I was told by Marlon that he will call me back. I am still awaiting his call! After more unanswered phone calls I had to make last minute alternative arrangements. I find this completely unacceptable, and am posting this complaint in the hopes that Marlon will not place anyone else in such a predicament again. If he at least had the decency to own up to the fact that he had forgotten or double booked, but just flat ignoring a customers phone calls is both unprofessional and childish. I will never make use of his services again and will certainly discourage anyone else from doing so.
