Morgenrood Ford gave me a wrong quote, not detail quote. The imployer gave a me numbers insteed of amounts, the same as counting. He didn't said the amounts one by one and then the total amount. He sould gave me the qote as it will be in print. That let me wait a hole day. When I refused to pay the amount, they kept my car 3 days after I tried to arrange payment. They did not accept my arrangement and force me to pay the wrong quote amount. They need to train there employees to maximise their service and not force people to use other means of repairs or service. I will never take my car to Morgenrood Ford again.
