VERY BAD SERVICE

I bought a Subaru Outback from CHM Volvo in April 2013.

They charged me R5000 for registration and never did the registration.

I had a list of faults on the car with they acknoledged but then desided to string me along just to do nothing about it. I think they held out for time so I cant cancle the buy under the consumers act
