Forbidding a Client To Volvo

If you want a car... go anywhere except Volvo. It's my second Volvo that I've bought and will certainly be the last. How can a manager (Riaan) forbid a client to phone a branch for information? I'm still waiting for my registration plates, information of the polstar pack and my money. I'm regretting the purchase to my last bones!!! The contract is sign so don't worry about customer needs or after customer services. Since today, no one from that branch phoned me to apologize. Having an attitude of "TOO BIG TO FAIL"... Pathetic!!!
