I took my car in for a rattle to Kia Service Center in Midrand, I was advised seat had to be replaced and would be covered under warranty. The seat was ordered, A month passed and I followed up and the service advisor no longer worked there. I was asked to bring my car in again and I complied, Part was ordered. That was 2-3 months ago, I am not given feedback and the service advisor today told me that Kia Sa does not know where the part is and at what stage of the process, and asks me how do I expect the dealership to know. Dissapointing.
