My 2010 Santa Fe was recently sent in to replace breakpads. Part of the service I highlighted a rattle in the backseat. Assured that the rattle was sorted out, it was not. In fact there was loose parts lying in the vehicle. I took the vehicle back yesterday to sort out ONLY the rattle. I was met by a rep and signed the necessarry paper work, never meeting my service advisor in person. I received a SMS/email informing me that Linda van Staden would be advisor. At lunch time I had to phone in for an update where she informed me that she had no idea and would find out after lunch and phone me back. NOTHING.Then I once again phoned at 1715 to check and was informed that the vehicle was ready and waiting. I enquired about a pick-up, but was informed that it was no longer a service offered (always the case for 3yrs prvs) Linda then phoned back and about the fact that the vehicle was not to her satisfaction and would like to keep it overnight, I really think she just wanted to go home! I made my own way to Bellville and was told that a mechanical part was changed (no notification from Linda) and that the rattle was age of vehicle.3yrs old? Really? Still under guarantee. This was my worse experience
