Hi all, I was shocked to hear that Supertech have refused to repair my 4 month old BMW 3 series as I did not buy this car from them, a pathetic case of sour grapes lol, also I think
that due to my previous issues with them regarding poor service etc they are affraid that if they attempt this repair they may damage something and I will obviously hold them responsible, as should be the case. People must be aware that if you don't buy from them then this could be the escape route they will take in the event of dealing with a particular customer, BMW SA advised that they can refuse customers.. Funny thing is many people I know bought vehicles from them so they will still have to deal with them! I shall advise many ppl as possible of this.
