My car went to Pro beat for hail damage repair in Oct 2012. What should have taken 3 weeks to fix took 6 weeks and when I went to collect my car I found out that it had been damaged even more while in their possession. They had damaged the right hand side mirror and claimed it was like that when I dropped it off. Luckily the Outsurance photos could prove them wrong. Not all the damage from the hail was repaired either. When I took my car back to them in Jan to fix properly more damage was done again. They seems to damage vehicles more than repair them and then don't' accept responsibility for their actions. Terrible service. I have notified Outsurance whom I pay every month about this outstanding issues and nothing has been done. I refuse to deal with Probeat anymore, Outsurance must sort this out.
