WHY DO WE NEED TO USE DEALERSHIP WORKSHOPS???

THE RMI CONTRADICTS THEMSELVES.
WE THE CONSUMER HAVE TO SEND IN OUR VEHICLES TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICING & REPAIRS,
WITH THESE DEALERSHIPS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A BOOKING, AND IN MOST CASES THE DEALERSHIPS THEMSELVES ARE NOT AS VASTLY CLUED UP AS AN AUTHORISED RMI CENTRE.

SO WHY SHOULD WE BE SUBJECT TO ONLY USING DEALERSHIPS EVEN IF A VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY, IF THE RMI ACREDITS THESE CENTRES AS APPROVED REPAIR CENTRES.

THIS IS NON SENCE.
I DONT APPRECIATE HAVING MY CAR IN A WAITING LIST IF A REPAIR NEED BE DONE.
I DONT APPRECIATE DEALING WITH DEALERSHIPS, AS YOU ARE NOT TREATED INDIVIDUALLY.

SO WHY CANT WE TAKE OUR VEHICLES TO AN RMI CENTRE, AT OUR OWN LEISURE, GET IT SORTED AND BACK ON THE ROAD AGAIN.
AND USE AN RMI CENTRE OF OUR CHOICE.

THEN ITS POINTLESS, UNDER WARRANTY OR MOTOR EXTENDER, IS THE RMI CENTRES NOT AS STRUCTURED AS DEALERSHIPS?

WELL, THE ONLY REASON I CAN SEE WHY WE NEED TO SEND OUR CARS TO DEALERSHIPS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WONT BE MAKING A BUCK.

I WILL CREATE A CASE LEGALLY TO HAVE THIS ALTERED!
