I have a complaint regarding ENGEN convenience stores.
They had a Monster energy drink promotion running, where you buy 2 drinks for R30 and get a FREE sticker. They never had stock of the stickers. I bought this promotion from several stores that all did not have stickers. The promotion has since ended.
Currently they have an Appletizer promotion running, where you buy 3 Appletizers for R34 and get a FREE glass... on 22 October 2013 I bought the promotion from the Kritzinger Convenience Store and once again they did not have any glasses as they were advertising...
I contacted ENGEN customer care last week and am yet to receive a response. Today I contacted the national consumer council and opened a complaint against ENGEN...
