Monster energy drink ran a promotion last year, collection of pull rings (the thing you use to open the can), I collected them over time and eventually registered in they're site, collected enough rings to quality for a prize, followed the instructions and sent them to the Cape Town branch in December before the promotion deadline ended. Upon registering for the promotion I couldn't get credit because my rings hadn't been counted and uploaded to my account.

I spent money sending the rings and have emailed Monster energy drinks numerous amount of times, asking what else can be done, tracking numbers and so forth. Alas no replies, I've left all my details, and they have everything from my registration. It seems to me, that it was a and I'm extremely upset by the lack of care from their side.

I see they don't reply on hellopeter either, so I'm all out of ideas besides violence, just kidding don't want to end up in court for that.
