I complained on your website regarding conflicting messages I receive on the Winter Account Drive on the 8 October and just merely received a generic "sorry" message back with my ref nr 0810130122/GO with no further action.
My complaint was:
I've been calling some stores in the Western Cape and also visited some stores and I'm told the promotion regarding the Winter Account Drive as clearly advertised on your website only finishes on the 12 October 2013, is not on anymore and that they have removed all advertising in the stores. I was wanting to open an account and now keep on getting told this promotion is over. Isn't there a CPA law against false advertising??? No I will have to take my business elsewhere. Thanks for the poor service.
Your website CLEARLY still shows this drive is still valid till the 12th October [URL Removed] which is only this upcoming Saturday.
None of the stores still has stock and they all tell me the promotion is over. Why has your website not been updated then. False advertising? Should I then not be able to be getting this for the advertised deal???
