CUSTOMERS MEANT TO WALK HOME

MY VW POLO WAS BOOKED IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE ON THE 19 OCTOBER 2013 AND HAVING TO WORK THAT DAY I ASKED MY BROTHER TO DO ME A FAVOUR AND DROP THE CAR OFF AS IT WAS A 5MIN DRIVE AND ASSURED HIM THAT IT WOULD NOT TAKE LONG AS HE WAS STUDYING FOR HIS LAW DEGREE EXAMS.

ON HIS ARRIVAL HE WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE ON A SATURDAY AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT OR FIND HIS OWN MEANS OF TRANSPORT TILL THE VEHICLE WAS READY, HE THEN CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THE SITUATION, I THEN PHONED THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF BOOKING MY CAR AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS SORRY THAT HE FORGOT TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AND THAT MY BROTHER COULD EITHER WAIT OR FIND HIS OWN WAY HOME YET WE STAY NOT EVEN 5MINS AWAY BY CAR.
MY BROTHER ENDED UP WALKING HOME WHICH TOOK ABOUT LIL MORE THEN HALF AN HOUR IN THE SUN AND THEN WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS READY HE HAD TO WALK BACK TO VW THE GLEN.

THE FACT THAT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO LET MY BROTHER WALK HOME & WALK BACK WITH EVEN MAKING A PLAN TO GET HIM DROPPED OFF OR EVEN USING MY CAR TO DROP & PICK HIM UP IS WHAT ME OFF, NO MANAGER EVER GOT BACK TO ME UP TILL TODAY. VW THE GLEN U HAVE LOST MINE & MY FAMILIES BUSINESS FOR GOOD.
