On Friday the th18th I took time to enquire about a small hole that is developing under the accelerator on my Nissan Juke which I bought last year September to find out on how to get it fixed since the vehicle is still under warranty. Upon explaining the situation to the service adviser I showed him the problem and i still explained to him that I have been driving with heels before I saw this hole. He then explain ed something about some sort of cushion around the same position as the hole and the result was due to the fact that I was driving with heels and that it was my fault not their problem and I still asked himif he knew a place where i can go to have the hole fixed he said he doesn't know. At that point I left and was very upset and frustrated as I have always drove with heels and I have never experienced such a problem with my previous cars. What bothered me the most is the fact that I was never warned about this as it could have been avoided by me driving with flat shoes.

The consultant never showed any empathy to my case. I'm very disappointed from the service I received. More disappointed with the fact that Nissan won't have the hole fixed.
