They dont service our cars, do they?

Tata Vista Safire 2011 with 41400km on the clock.

When i booked in my car it had the following problems in the morning
1 - Car was cutting off when idling
2 - Speed meter would move to 180 when car is stationery
3 - Replace front wiper blade

I was informed that my car would be ready between 1500 -1530

When i came to collect the car i was told they couldn't find any problem. I started the car in front of the consultant who helped me and the same problem happened in front of him.

My Question to the Imperial team - DID ANYONE EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR OR IT WAS JUST PARKED IN YOUR YARD.

If my car was really attended to as they claim someone looked at it for an hour WHY WASN'T THE WIPER BLADE REPLACED

THESE PEOPLE ARE LAIRS AND JUST CLAIMING FROM OUR MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PLANS FOR THINGS THEY DID NOT DO - this is pathetic and unacceptable.

Someone need to do something who knows maybe they are even changing other stuff - i thought it was all about honesty - now have to catch a bus when i have a ca
