Car serviced and wind screen wiper not working

I took my Proton Gen 2 (ZWJ856GP) to the multi franchise in Vereeniging for its 75000km service on October 2013. I asked them to have a look at and fix the loose back windscreen wiper blade and water that was not working. When I got the car back, the back windscreen wiper arm did not work at all, nor did the water nor did the lock for the windows. The windscreen wiper arand button worked before the time.
Took the car back on the 23rd, the technician said that it sounded like a loose wire and that I must bring the car on the 25th October 2013. I took the car in and was told that it was a blown fuse and that everything now functions properly. That afternoon it rained and as true as bob the windscreen wiper did not work. Phoned the franchise and booked the car in 31 October 2013 and was told that they would have to check the wiring and the car must stay overnight. I had to pay an hours labour to get the issue fixed which was not my error in the first place. Got the car back on the 1st November and was told that everything works and that it had been tested. Tested the wiper Saturday - it worked, the next day it it did not work once again. not enough space for complaint.
