I send below mail (Motomia didn't even reply)

I spoke to Rion and Desmond yesterday regarding the SERVICE of a JAVA 170cc at there station on Thursday (24 Oct). The bike was delivered to my house on friday, drove for 5min and stopped working?
Our request was to fix EVERYTHING on the second hand bike we purchased on the 23rd and have it serviced at your dealership and did not want a back yeard mechanic work and we want original parts. The invoice stated SERVICE of R499? What work was done for R499? Have they inspected everything on the bike as we requested? I was told to bring the bike back so that they can see what is the problem at my cost? This will be R200 to have it delivered and R200 for collection again? I am currently out of Country and asked for assistance to this problem as i feel that Motomia neglected the service and my request to check everything. We have spend R1300 and now I must return the bike on my expense so they can see if they have missed anything? The problem on the bike is most probarbly the fault from the technician! I was warned about Motomia and there practises and should have listened!!!
