Very poor customer service/experience

I took in my bike to get serviced and repaired. I went to collect the bike and almost immediatelty after i left the shop the repaired part broke off, I then had to arrange transport to take the bike back. It got fixed and I left. During a 5 day period of riding the starter kept cutting off the engine everytime i stopped at a junction. Then the following day as I left the house the HUB broke and the sprocket and chain fell off, mind you this is 5 days after i had the bike serviced and repaired. I contacted motomia and i was taken back and forth, not a single person came by to inspect the bike in a 2 week period. I was then sent a quote, which included labour, cost of the new hub and pick up fees, not even considering the fact that it was not my fault basically could of been poor worksmanship all they cared about is money offering no support but payment before they could help me with anything. I then resorted to just ordering the part and getting someone else to fix the bike for me. 2 bolts instead of 4 were connecting the sprocket and hub. When I fetched the part no apologise were offered. After buying 2 bikes from motomia, i dont think i can recommend it to anyone. its all sales.
