I have recently had a few positive experiences with the Motomia Claremont branch.
And get this, I don't even own a Motomia!
After being told countless times by the staff that "Japanese bikes are #@$&" and that I should sell my Yamaha and buy a Motomia. We managed to establish that my bike was of a similar build to that sold by the branch.
They were of great help with supplying me with the most affordable batteries and parts right then and there (Where Yamaha themselves failed to supply me with the parts I needed. ) Unfortunately they were not able to service my bike but they were more than happy to change my Bike chain and did so within 45 minutes!
The staff are great and friendly, David and Claire/Clare are pleasant to be around and are ready and willing to help with anything at a moments notice.
Lastly I'd just like to thank their Mechanic who did an absolutely remarkable job changing my bike chain.
I'd have to say that the service I received this this branch was unmatched by Trac mac, Suzuki South and even Yamaha, just to name a few. I'll be returning for sure!
