I crashed my previous bike a week ago and thus need to get a new one as it was my only means of transportation. I did plenty of online research to find a decent quality bike at a decent price and as I'm 30 years old, preferably one that would be reliable, cost effective and do the job.
After deciding between a better known brand which would have to be a second hand purchase (like the previous bike) or a lesser known brand which I would be able to afford brand new, I decided on the brand new route.
I checked out as much as I could about Jonway, Big Boy, and Motomia and Motomia won hands-down! We went to the dealership to get things going and as we walked into the shop a young man, Hennie, saw us approaching and got up immediately to come over, introduce himself and help us out.
He was polite, knowledgeable about his products, friendly and approachable.
The deal was finalised within 30 minutes and I look forward to collecting my new bike sometime this week.
I would just like to thank Motomia and Hennie in particular for their professionalism and great service. What a great way to start a new business/customer relationship!
