My son was hired by this company last month and worked there a whole month, with me trying to help with transport money, which incidentally involves double transport. He has been told that he will only get paid at the end of this month as he is on probation and yet he has rendered his services for a month.
I want to find out if this legal, because it will mean he cannot go to work this month as I can't afford both his and my transport and the implication would be he could get fired for not coming to work. Please help.
