Aircon not working 100%

Good Day
After i bought my car[Chevrolet Cruze 2010 LS] in July 2013, i find out [Yesterday 27/10/2013] is not functioning 100%[Not making cold].After i reported it the Dealer inform me it is not their responsibility because it is outside the 7 days fault-finding period. Due to the bad weather we experienced in the Western Cape this was not possible for me and feel that they should service and ragas it free of charge which they don't want to do. They want me to go 50/50 on the labour[R 990.18]I had the car now for just over 3 months and feel they must repair it free of charge.
