I went done to CPT for business, rented a car through [URL Removed] When the money went off my credit card it was much more than the price indicated on the internet. an amount of R1335 went of my account. When I gave the car back to Avis they said I owe R413 and that they only received R1061.
I have tried to phone [URL Removed] several times and requested a quote I am being ignored... I want to know what happened to my money why they deducted more money than the internet quote said and why they do not want to give me an invoice.
Avis said they cant do anything about this
So please tell me what to do I have to claim the money from my company but this is not possible because they do not want to give me a contact number or an invoice
