I went tyo DisChem 30.03.2013 to enquire why as per the brouchure the store has not had the 3 stpe Vigro in stock since the start of the promotion. I spoke to Stanto who promised to get feedback from the supplier and gave me a rain cheque and promised to get back to me by no later than Tuesday 02.04.2013. Stanton did get back to me Tuesday and advised should I come to the store the product will be available. I advised I will be in store on Sunday 07.04.2013 and he promised to have the goods available for me. I went back to the store Sunday and guess what there was no Stanton and no Vigro and Joshua tried as best he could to sort the problem. He then promised to have the product delivered free of charge. I would like to know what their understanding is of free of charge? Ths afternoon Stanton calls me and advises they will deliver but would like to know whether I paid for the product or whether it will be COD well confusion set in to say the least and I advised Stanton as per Joshua the it was free of charge. He advised the delivery would be free of charge and not the product. I have no intention of not paying for the product but do feel if you say free of charge I expect free!
