Good service received

I want to thank Rowena Constable and the technician named Quinton, who dealt with my new car's defects and scratches that needed to be removed/polished. After experiencing horrendous service from Imperial Select - Diep River - I booked my car with McCarthy Parow for repairs. Yolanda attended to me first, and took down all the defects that was wrong with my car and then Rowena ensured that these were attended to and fixed. She constantly kept me in the loop as to the progress. I was very happy when I received my car that nearly all of the defects had been seen to, and besides that a defect on my rear window was picked up and they took the initiative to contact Chery SA to order a new rear window for my car - Wow, that's awesome. There is only one issue now to be sorted and will be done so next week. She was extremely helpful and professional at all times, and nothing was too big an issue to sort out. Thank you so much.
