I have never experienced such horrendous service than the service I got from Clement Ontong, Mnyamie Mbilini and indirectly from their senior, Martin Lewis who read my complaint emails I had sent, and until today has never acknowledged them. I bought a brand new Chery Tiggo from Imperial Diep River - firstly it was not ready on delivery date of 6 Sept 2013 - got it on 14 Sept 2013, week later. Found scratches on this brand new car, and there was a few more defects that needed attention. - delivered my car for these defects to be fixed and scratches to be removed on 20 Sept - they had the car for 2 days and when I got it back there had been absolutely nothing done to it, it came back with even more scratches than before. I then took my car to McCarthy Parow (1 October) to have defects fixed and scratches removed - they had the car for two weeks (got it back on 16/10), due to delays from Clement and Mnyamie again - McCarthy Parow waiting on them to deliver a new tyre and payment cheque. My emails and telephone calls to both Clement and Mnyamie were taken lightly, all they had were excuses and never any sense of urgency. I was basically ignored and not taken seriously.
