Rowena is the type of individual every industry should have. This is what you call service!!!
She is simply awesome. I have been to 3 other Telkom stores wanting to be assisted with my queries but i assume unless it is a sale nobody is really interested in assisting until i was passing by Telkom Mobile in Pavilion and on my last straw until i spoke to Rowena. She explained me about my international roaming exactly what i needed to know and in the way in which i wanted to hear it. which leaves me now as a happy customer. In future Rowena is my point of contact in Telkom Mobile. THANK YOU ROWENA, YOU ROCK!
