I am reposting this complaint since it has been yet another month with no response from Pam Golding.
"April last year I took occupation of flat in a newly developed complex that had been sold to us by Pam Golding on behalf of the developers: Cape Peninsula Organisation of the Aged (CPOA). The flat had a list of defects that we requested to be attended to. The agent, Pam Golding, had made representation that the defects would be attended to in due time, however 14 months have passed with no resolve. We have had to deal with rude, evasive and unprofessional site managers, architects as well as the developer. Pam Golding has been constantly been 'passing the buck' to the various parties listed above and they have not had the professional decency to attend to our complaints and requests. As an typical agent, they were initially so eager to sell the property to earn commission, but have not subsequently been the slightest bit interested in following up on defects that we had noted and specified since the first viewing of the flat. We have passed a point of tolerance and our patience has worn out for an issue which could otherwise have been easily resolved."
