My vehicle was sent to TC Panelbeaters (part oft he Bluespec Group) for repair in April. I received the vehicle back on the 31st May. After driving it for a day or two I noticed a squeak coming from the front. I found that the rubber grommets which hold the bonnet in place once it is closed had been removed. On further inspection I found that a support stay from the bumper to the chassis had also been removed. Further to this I discovered after finding my front wheels very wobbly at certain speeds, that a nut was missing from each of the front wheels. All the damage to the vehicle was at the rear, so there was no reason why any of these items should have gone missing. I reported these problems to TC and I was told the items were on order. 2 months later no feedback. I finally went to them on or around the 20th of September. I was assured that all the parts would be ordered and I would be contacted within 2 weeks. Needless to say I am still waiting.
It seems like TC Panelbeaters have a problem with removing (?) parts from vehicles brought in for repair. They also have a problem with keeping their word.
