Below is extract of e-mail regading the propblem experinced: (R4032 error)

My 4th mail:

Hi All,

I see all parties have read my comments / reply regarding this issue, with ample time elapsing to find an amicable solution. I thus assume the fact that there are no replies or solutions forthcoming - that Fury Ford is going to do anything to resolve this problem? "

Fury Ford's reply:

"Apologise for the delay, we have been very busy with our system still off line for the past 3 weeks.

As per the email from, we really sorry that things have not worked out like said they would. And also apologised for making the mistake regarding your settlement and the payment that went off your account. He truly made an honest mistake and has clearly explained to you how it was made. As a company we can't refund you your payment.

Please understand that the settlement we received included the payment that went off earlier this month and was subject to the payment going off.

I understand that you are very upset about the whole matter but unfortunately there is nothing more that I can do.

An honest mistake was made and an sincere apology was given.
