My utmost appreciation to Jacques and his crew who were able to help me in the nick of time with preparing chicken drumsticks for a function.
I called in looking for prepared chicken drumstjcs, but Jacques offered to prepare them fresh for me and then do then necessary grilling for my platters. I was phoned an hour and a half later and went to collect the most delicious chicken drumsticks from them.
