I towed my car Daihatsu Terios to them and informed that quotation and storage till fixing is finalised, however quote of R16 170-00 was given telephonically and declined wanted to tow back my car. Then I was told to pay R3059 for Diagnostic, Clutch fiting, Gearbox removal, Sundries and labour. However I proposed to look for my own gearbox and found the gearbox within 2 days and gave to them for fiting. Now gearbox has been fitted 50% of the above amount was added to be R5800 however quote was requested to be faxed to me for comparison with the above and Frank refused to send the quote when confirmed telephonically quote sound different I ask for discount and I am told to shutup. However, I am not prepared to pay the unreasonable amount but the one on the printed quote of R3059 please your urgent assistance is highly appreciate. Thank you
