58 days later and still waiting!

My alarm system is no longer working on my vehicle. My vehicle will only lock or unlock using the override key.
This situation is a security risk to me. It will have an adverse effect on insurance. In a few days it will be 2 months since I KIA about this problem.
I am informed that this is on back order. What does this even mean? How much longer must I wait for this back order? Will Kia compensate me if my car is and my insurance will not pay-out? Will KIA loan me a car while you wait for this back order?
Truth be told, I am disappointed with Kia that this takes this long to resolve. I have lost trust in your product and I have been patient for almost 2 months. Where do we draw the line?
I need a fix like a month ago!!!
