On Saturday 6th July 2013 round 20:45, I went into Steers at The Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth to order food. They were quite busy so I didn't pay too much attention to my order taking long. But after waiting for 45 minutes and still nothing, I was getting quite agitated seeing people come and go. I went to the counter with my slip and asked how much longer I'm going to wait for a simple order. I was then told to be patient and when my order is ready I will get it. When I told her that I had been waiting for 45 minutes she snatched my receipt out my hand and told me I must have fetched my order earlier. She then told a customer next to me that he will have to wait longer for his food because she is giving his order to me. When she handed the order to me, she rudley said, "Here's your order"
