Very professional assistance received from AA this morning with a faulty battery. Call Centre was efficient and kept me updated. Field Service Technician, Craig Frau was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His calm manner put my frazzled nerves at ease! My faulty battery was replaced in two ticks - no mess, no fuss and I was on my way again. This is really an amazing company to deal with - FULL MARKS AA!!!
