I phoned and booked my 2010 C320 in for a faulty aircon unit. On arrival at 7h in the morning to deliver my car, after having to arrange for pick-up, and re-schedule my diary because I will be without my car for the day, Mr. Billy, the service manager bluntly told me he cannot take my car as they will be having a function at 11h?? After my obvious disappointment, he switched on my diesel (without waiting for the coil light to switch off) put his hand in front of the vent and asked if this is not cold enough?? This was 7h in the morning, in the shade under the reception area roof, with a chilly breeze, not 14h in the afternoon on your way back from Musina in 44 degree Celsius temperatures.
