Forceful Purchase!!!

I am a final year student at Vega School of Brand leadership where we study brands on a day to day basis, critique them and learn from them. Mercedes-Benz is one of the most highly respected brands for their service and quality.

I'm afraid to say that i cannot conquer with that anymore but can only say the product is all that they have left as a reference to quality. After sitting down with a sales executive for more than two days, specifying what extra's to put on to the new E class 2014, we agreed that we would spec the car exactly the same as the previous 2009 model E class that my mother purchased which includes pan roof, 18" alloys a tint, tow bar etc

4 months later after waiting for so long the car arrives with no pan roof, no tint, no tow bar 17'' Alloy rims. My mother is told that her car is ready and she may collect it. An e mail expressing our disappointment was ignored (seeing that it's manager), passing the buck insinuating that we don't know what we want. The Merc in fountains Pretoria debits 150k from my Fathers account without his consent then reverse it when he queries as he too is getting a new vehicle. I will let everybody in my industry know of this.
