I went to the garage to buy newspaper and other goods and while i am there i thought to check my water and oil as well as my tyres, after trying to get hold of an attended he screams to someone in shop (while eating out of silver plate pap and something) to come and help me. After waiting about 10 minutes my friend already out of store the other attanded come and ask me how to help? I said I would like you to check my tyres, oil and water thank you. first he started to wash my window without even asking as it takes time and car has just been washed so i leave it. The attended that was eating has a conversation during the time the other one was assisting me. this already 15 minuted later he eventually comes and say you need one pin, irretated i said okay bring me one without even asking what car i'm driving which is by the way a diesel he just walks away and comes back with petrol oil which is totally unacceptable. While assisting me he has conversations the whole time and wasted 25 minutes and this for minor things. At engin it takes them 7 minutes to fill up wash window and is friendly. will defenetly NEVER SUPPORT CALTEX AGAIN!!! this happened Sunday 2013/10/20 about 09:40am
