Bad customer service

I took my car for the service in Jan 2013 when I picked up my car it had a problem with idling. Took it back wasnt not fixed given a story of the wiring problem. I logged a a call with clients complaint and spoke with Angie. After that nobody ever bothered to come back to me. I took my again to them for service this morning. Which was a biggest mistake. Guess what they called me and told me they dont brake pads in stock. I have noticed that Mecedez Benz doesnt respond to Hello Peter.
