Loyal Customer of 7 years is treated badly

I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz in Rosebank for 7 years now. I have finally reached the end of my tether with them. Yesterday was the last straw. Don't get me wrong the car is fixed there but the attitude of the people in the dealership is absolutely disgusting. Yesterday on the 28th March 2013 I took my car in for a melted light to be replaced in the back right of the car.

There were no scratches on my bumper when I brought the car in to be fixed. On leaving I noticed that a tool or something had been dropped on the bumper and cut it right through. Okay so I was already cross. No one even had the decency to admit it. I phone them back and spoke to Dion who was so rude and disgusting not even apologetic and telling me to bring it back in. I then phoned back and asked to speak the owner/manager of the dealership some man named Mohammed I can remember his Surname. I was then put through to marco the service manager who did not even apologise and also told me to bring it in and he will look at it and take it from there. This is a big inconvenience to me as now the car needs the panelbeater. I want a car from mercedes benz while the car is fixed as I will not pay for one
