Luxury at it's worst

BMW is a premium brand therefor they are supposed to provide premium service.
I have experienced nothing but the opposite at BMW Melrose Arch.

Every time I have taken my car in I have received poor service and bad attitude.

From not washing my car after a service because they didn't have time. To having an engine malfunction issue on a 6 month old car and giving me the car back with the same issue reoccurring 4 times. They would not give me a courtesy car during that period without a fight because they didn't have cars available and said they don't have to give me that service.

Yesterday I took my car in I had been misinformed about the amount of time my car needed to be there, this left me inconvenienced because I had not made fitting arrangements, when I asked if I could have a courtesy car if the car needed to in there over the weekend, I was told that that my car is in it's 3rd year of maintenance plan and they only give cars to people in their first 2 years.

As a luxury brand this is unacceptable, the dealer is poorly run and a true disappointment as the main touch point of the brand for customer service.

I have taken my business to Bruma Auto and they are fantastic!
