We bought a new ford fiesta from Eagle Ford in Johannesburg. The service was brilliant. The car gave problems and we took it to Casseys auto in Benoni because its the nearest branch to us. It took them 1 week to figure out what the problem was. They told me it was the ABS pump giving problems and at the end it was only a software update that was needed. In the week I received no feedback from them at all I had to phone them everyday to find out what's going on. They didn't answer their phones and I couldn't get hold of Hanro Rautenbach at services. When I went to complain about their service the service manager, Stephen Watts accused Eagle ford for not doing a PID. They took our brand new car for a 120km test drive for no reason at all. They hesitated to give us a courtesy car. The whole dealership is unprofessional and unqualified. If you walk into the building there is no one to be found to help you. We had the worst service there. The people working there are not qualified to do their job at all. How can one Ford dealership be so good and the other so bad? I will never again take my car to Casseys Auto in Benoni ever again. They didn't even wash our car properly afterwards.
