In summary, this is a truly amazing level of unprofessional, dishonest, lazy, sloppy and outright insulting level of service that I have received from Mercedes over the last few weeks, and I am amazed at Mercedes seeming complete inability to deal with my complaint or take responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle and wheel. This is especially amazing since I have spent almost R17000 in repairs and services on the vehicle, but the dealership is unable to take responsibility for repairs for damage that they did to my vehicle, that are bound to be relatively minor in comparison. I am shocked and disgusted at the integrity being displayed by the Mercedes brand, and the continuing pitiful service levels.
