Terrible customer service

3 weeks ago, my car was broken into at the Wanderers rugby club. My left front window was smashed and my cell phone and wallet were out of the central compartment. No alarm went off during the incident and if it had, I was close enough to the car to prevent the. On 16th October, I took the car to GM Fury Hyde Park, where the car was bought and explained the situation. I stressed that if the alarm had gone off, I would have prevented the crime. Their response was that the car did not have smash and grab protection, nor an alarm installed, so they accepted no responsibility. However, the car was a demo and one of the service managers let slip that all demo models should come with smash and grab. I have still not received the car 10 days later and when I phoned to find out the progress, the woman in the service department told me they hadn't started on the car. When phoning a couple hours later, she told me they had ordered the wrong glass and the process was delayed another day. I have a very sick mother who needs me to have a car so I can either take her to her clinic or do errands for her. Luckily I work from home, but this lack of service has been utterly disgusting.
