Bought my car in Fury Hyde park in 2010.Git an extra amount coming off from my account from June 2010 till today. I was advised this is tghe money that would be used for repairs, shud my car be broken down and i need road assistance as the warranty in the car was almost up. Today i cannot open my drives door. First i call GMSA on 0800 422777 as I think they the one`s adminstering this debit order Nomvula takes all my detail, vehicle details and advise due to pick hour it would take anything from 45 to 60 min for a tech to get here, she wil call an give the time. She calls me back and tell me my car is out of warranty i knew that so i tell i am paying guys extra to assist in cases like this she has no knowledge of what i am talking about and suggest i call the delalership. I call the dealership on 011 501 3208 and speak to several people who also take my address and say they will call me. They call back and advise me that the amount that i am paying is not for such and suggest to send a tow truck i am thinking this must be a joke, my bag ad my house keys are in my car right now how am i suppose to get to home and open the doors. Gabriel gives the phone to Chris all in all no help @ all.
