No service... no getting back too

I went to renault on the 9th october wanted to buy parts orderd the parts the next day I went to collect I saw when I was there that they gave me a resistor instead of a regulator that I asked for the person that helped me said its the right part. I went home and took the part of that I wanted and took the the wrong part back as well... when arriving there the person that helped me wasn't there but one of he's colleaques helped me. He said that in order for them to reimburse me I have to send a e-mail with name account number phone number and and... so that it could go through the channels... now on the 11th of october I send the e-mail early that morning... and quest what no one has come back to me with a e-mail phone call nothing... as my dad stays in port elizabeth I asked him to pop in there and ask them what's happening.whereby they replied we will phone him today and try to push the money in he's account... and that. Yeasterday the 16th october still no one... I don't want any exscuse just want my money... u have to pay first for the parts but when u get wrong parts u have to wait for your money... and that my friends is not service its a disgrace.
