Hyundai Midrand-SHOCKING Poor After Sale Service

SHOCKING AFTER SALE TREATMENT & SERVICE AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I bought a brand new car with Hyundai Midrand but noticed there was a defect on the handle, a scratch which they insisted they will have it fixed to perfection before delivery. The car was delivered but still the handle was not of good quality which I refused & was not accepting the car as is & not going to drive it as was not what I've purchased. The dealership left with the keys & waited the whole week without fetching the car, they came back after a week after several calls & enquiries from me. They collected & delivered the car at their panel beaters & was later reported to me that their panel beaters have crashed the car. The dealership now refuses to replace the vehicle with a brand new car instead they want to just replace the affected doors with new ones which to me is unjustifiable as the bank has paid them for full vehicle purchase price. If this is the way Hyundai treats its customers then I'm APPAULED as the dealership say they are not involved with incident & say the "issue" is for me to sought out with the panel beaters. This matter was also escalated to Hyundai SA head office & was not resolved too
