I booked my car in for a service and was called at 15:00 to say that I can come and collect my car. Got there at 16:15 to be told that my car is not ready yet. Only received my car at 17:15 and was told that the paper work for the service done has not been loaded onto to the system yet and that they will email it to me. PATHETIC!!
This is not the first time I had problems with the service department at Hyundai Menlyn and other people also complaining about similar problems of the same branch. I told myself the last time I'm not going back there again but thought hey, let me give them a chance again. I will def not be going back there ever!
